2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

5. Takedown Process

Our process for handling DMCA takedown notices is as follows:

5.1. Receipt of Notice

  1. Notice received by designated agent
  2. Initial review for completeness and validity
  3. Notification of receipt sent to complainant
  4. Evaluation of the claim

5.2. Actions Taken

  • For Valid Notices:
    • Removal or disablement of access to infringing material

6. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification:

7. Repeat Infringer Policy
